- RESERVA Y PAGOS:
To reserve, it is necessary to pay at least 50% of the value of the stay at the time of making the reservation in case of "Standard" or "Standard Plus" rate and 100% if the "No Refundable" rate is selected.
The remaining 50% will be paid at least one month before arrival at the accommodation.
- GUARANTEE:
Se establece una fianza de 300€, por posibles daños y desperfectos en el alojamiento.
Payment can be made with a credit card or in cash at the time of entering the apartment.
El reintegration bien será por anulación del charge en la tarjeta or mediate transferencia al número de cuenta que nos indicé el hésped.
The delivery time will not exceed 48 hours, in the event of damage. En caso contrario será necesario primero evaluar los daños.
- CANCELLATIONS:
In the case of "Standard" or "Standard Plus" rates, only 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be refunded if canceled up to 30 days before arrival. If you cancel less than 30 days, there will be no refund option.
In the case of the "No Refundable" tariff, there will be no refund option. For contraprestación you will get a 10% discount on the Standard rate.
In the event of cancellation by the guest during the free cancellation period, the bank fee for transferring the refund will be charged.
- HOUSE NORMS:
Please remember that this is a holiday rental apartment, not a hotel. We appreciate your cooperation in taking care of the furnishings provided and in adhering to the house rules.
After your stay, we will be welcoming other guests, and they deserve to find the apartment in the same condition as you found it.
* Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; it is only allowed on the terrace.
* Organizing events or parties is prohibited.
Please use all the apartment's furnishings and facilities properly.
* Overnight visitors and more guests than those listed on the reservation are prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in the immediate termination of the reservation.
* Please comply with all community rules:
- Please refrain from making noise that disturbs the peace.
* - Loud music is prohibited after 10:00 PM.
Hanging clothes or placing any other items above the balcony railing is prohibited.
Leaving trash bags in the hallways is prohibited.
Please keep common areas clean.
* The pool is open from 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM. There is no lifeguard. At the entrance, there is an information panel with basic rules of conduct and hygiene that must be followed.
* Children and babies are considered guests when making a reservation, just like adults.
* If it is necessary to set up a crib for a baby, along with sheets or other baby services, there is a supplement of €40 per stay to cover delivery, setup, and laundry.
* The platform must have a record of the exact number of guests staying at the property. This is for your safety and ours.
* Please inform us of any issues, no matter how minor. Thank you. We are available to answer any questions you may have.
